Funny you should ask this. I assume you are talking about ultram ER. There is a picture of it at http://www.pharmer.org Look in the analgesics section, so I know if we are talking about the same thing. I know that some of the side effects can be hallucinations, as my father had this happen. Tramadol is a drug that is hard to understand. It is not considered a narcotic, but it does work on the CNS. It is abused, but there is no significant data to suggest this despite what other patients say time and time again. Also, high doses of this medicine can cause seizures.
