what exactly do they do? each? in simple terms?
p.s - i know its a disease and i know how its spread,, im asking what happens AFTER you get it.
hiv becomes aids and it makes you get sick from everything imaginable because you have no immune system anymore, a cold will nearly kill you, in the end they usually get cancer and often die of lung congestion or kidney failure. its a horrid thing.
